db2 创建数据库时，出现：
SQL0970N The system attempted to write to a read-only file. SQLSTATE=55009
发现/tmp 临时文件夹不可写。
让 /tmp 可写后，问题解决。
网上有很多帖子说在数据库恢复的时候也报该错，可能是表空间权限问题。
