报上面的错误是因为OMS与AGENT通信不正常,很有可能是后来你修改了GRID CONTROL安装时某些配置使SSL证书无效,我认为我遇到这个错可能是我安装后修改了SYSMAN的密码。所以必须resecure agent。
1,emctl clearstate agent
2,emctl secure agent

如果显示错误就是因为输入了错误的 Agent Registration password ,如果是你忘记了可以按照下面的方法,但是知道SYSMAN的密码,就可以WEB打开EM,从页面新建一个Registration password,方法是,打开em,SYSMAN登录,点右上角的SETUP,再点左边的registration passwords ,create a new reigstration password
做完上面的操作后,看我下面的方法
