svn: ' ' is not under version control
svn: ' ' is not under version control
本地文件无法上传到svn服务器，
处理方法：在该文件的上一级目录
右键----->小组----->更新（update）
svn自动将无法提交也无法同步下来的文件更新到本地
原因：本机已经存在该文件，但是远程文件也已经存在，但是由于两个文件的svn版本不一致导致的，
所以重新更新一下文件会自动下载更新，
