1：添加资源文件
写个bat

echo 资源库 %repos% 已经创建

2：创建用户名，密码
写个bat

echo 输入SVN用户名，然后输入两次密码

htpasswd -m svn_auth_file %test%
echo 用户名%test%的密码已经生成
pause

3：配置资源库--和用户相对应
D:\svn\data\conf
--修改svn_access_file 文件
