If you change max memroy in oracle,must change 2 parameters floow:
ALTER SYSTEM SET MEMORY_MAX_TARGET = 1024M SCOPE = SPFILE;
ALTER SYSTEM SET MEMORY_TARGET = 1024M SCOPE = SPFILE;
ORA-32001: write to SPFILE requested but no SPFILE is in use
show parameter spfile;
create spfile from pfile;
shutdown immediate;
startup
