Eclipse中让Maven package跳过unit test的配置方法

在eclipse中，用run as下面的Maven package，默认会跑project下的所有unit test。如果需要把unit test跳过。如果直接在命令行下执行maven package命令，可以加相关的参数来跳过。但是用run as菜单的话，需要配置pom文件：
