今天在安装PhpStorm主题时，总是提示“The processing instruction target matching "[xX][mM][lL]" is not allowed. ” 错误，看了下xml文件中也没有[xX][mM][lL] 等关键字，xml文件权限也是没问题的，一时不知何处的问题。
后台仔细查看XML文件时发现头部多了一行空格，删除保存，重新启动Phptorm就没问题了。
