check wsi compliance for wsdl

1.使用soapui检查wsdl符合wsi（attachment pic)
2.wsi test tools
1)下载from http://www.ws-i.org/Testing/Tools/2005/06/WSI_Test_Java_Final_1.1.zip，解压到c盘
2)配置环境变量，在path里添加：
C:\wsi-test-tools\java\bin;
3）修改配置文件：
eg.wsdl的配置文件(myConfig.xml):

5）执行Analyzer：
C:\wsi-test-tools\java\samples>analyzer -config c:/myConfig.xml
6）用ie浏览器打开：C:\wsi-test-tools\java\samples\report.xml
能看到详细报告
