Project Title: Multi-Term Semantic Relationship Pattern Extracting Algorithm with UIMA

 

Description of project:

The multi-terms semantic relationship pattern means semantic relationship pattern among two or more terms, including binary relationship, ternary relationship and relationship among four or more terms.

 

Project objectives and goals:

The research of this project includes (1) to design Multi-Terms Semantic Relationship Pattern Extracting Algorithm with the UIMA; (2) compliance with the UIMA, to develop text analysis engines (TAEs) with Multi-Terms Semantic Relationship Pattern Extracting Algorithm; (3) to integrated Multi-Terms Semantic Relationship Pattern Extracting component into UIMA using eclipse.

 

Schedule:

2 months: to define Multi-Terms Semantic Relationship Patterns by natural-language-processing technology and domain specific knowledge;

3 months: to design Multi-Terms Semantic Relationship Pattern Extracting Algorithm with the UIMA;

4 months: compliance with the UIMA, to develop text analysis engines (TAEs) with Multi-Terms Semantic Relationship Pattern Extracting Algorithm

2 months: to integrated Multi-Terms Semantic Relationship Pattern Extracting component into the UIMA using eclipse;

1 month: Testing, checking and accepting, closure.
