Software Engineer (GSM/UMTS Network Optimization System)
Job descriptions:
Qualified candidates will have the chance to join Motorola H&NM Software Operations and work with market team to provide network optimization system solution as well as the system deliverables to optimize the GSM/UMTS network performance as well as planning.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations
-          Perform design, development, test and deployment work of the network optimization system
-          On-site deployment support

Requirement:
(1)   Software Engineer must have at least 2 years of programming experience with C++/C# by using Microsoft Visual Studio
(2)   OR Software Engineer must have 2 years of programming experience with Java
(3)   SQL Server/Oracle/MySQL related projects development experience
(4)   Strong software architecture and design experience and skills

Furthermore, Candidates should have:
(5)   BS or MS degree, preferably in computer science, software, electronics or telecommunications
(6)   At least 3 years software development experience, familiar with C, C++, C# or Java;
(7)   Basic knowledge (work experience is highly preferred) on GSM, CDMA, 2.5G, and 3G wireless technologies and equipment;
(8)   RDMS and SQL language knowledge and programming skill;
(9)   Data Mining / Data warehouse knowledge and experience is preferred.
Qualified candidates MUST have good work style and good communication skills. MUST be fluent in oral English and be good at documentation in both English and Chinese.  

笔试用英文题，同去的还有几哥们，我还问了句，中文答可以吗！寒一个自己，一张纸，两面，大概14/15道题的样子，分level，回答看你水平，俺是中文答的。给40分钟。10分钟的时候就过来催了，有人完了没。“快了，快了，还没死呢！”，过了10分钟，又来催了，我看得，俺说了，下面不写了，行不？“过来面吧”，哎，找死不用这么着急。
一个net和一个测试面的，后来才知道的。早知道就把Java给砍他丫晕的。人不错。真的，还是大公司的人好啊。题目有基础的，有架构的，有开发流程的。
