通过URL Scheme打开Settings应用

程序间通信的实现描述了通过URL Scheme的方式在应用中打开其他应用，本文则是用这种方式打开内置的Settings应用。

Brightness — prefs:root=Brightness

需要注意的是：这种方式只支持iOS 5.0的系统，从iOS 5.1开始，苹果已经移除了prefs:这个URL Scheme。
