解决方案：

      安装PostgreSQL数据库9.2版本后，启动数据库服务，却弹出提示服务启动后又停止，一些服务自动停止，如果他们没有什么可做的，例如性能日志和警报服务。这个时候需要查看事件查看器的报错消息。

      1.当错误为could not create inherited socket，错误编码为10022。解决方法为运行netsh winsoc reset。然后重启服务即可。

      2.当错误为could not load server certificate file “server.crt”：No such file or directory。解决方法为查询其配置文件postgresql.conf文件中的ssl，使其为off。

      3.错误为postgres cannot access the server configuration file "D:/Program Files/PostgreSQL/8.4/data/postgresql.conf": No such file or directory。解决方法为在电脑本地文件夹中查找该配置文件。
