推荐 备份 GMAIL的一个小软件：  GMAIL BACKUP

 

同时支持WINDOWS, LINUX, LINUX下还提供GUI 界面（WINDOWS直接是GUI）

 

非常简单好用，输入 自己的邮箱名， 密码， 起始日期，结束日期，点击"backup"按钮，就可以看到邮件一封封的COPY 到本地了。

注意： 对于LINUX用户，需要你：

1. 安装python2.5

2. 安装 wxpython 

Linux note: Under Linux you will need the wxPython (http://wxpython.org) packages installed. It also requires the ctypes module, it should be included in the Python 2.5 distribution. For earlier versions of Python you can find the package in the repositories of your distribution.

 

 

1. aptitude install python2.5  

2. ln -s /usr/bin/python /usr/bin/python2.5  (明白我的意思就行。。。）

3. download source file  from :http://wxpython.org/download.php#stable 

$ wget http://downloads.sourceforge.net/wxpython/wxPython-src-2.8.12.1.tar.bz2

4. tar jxvf wxPython-src-2.8.12.1.tar.bz2

5. cd wxPython-src-2.8.12.1

6.  参考http://wxpython.org/BUILD-2.8.html

2. create a file named .make in my_build folder:

 sudo ln -s /usr/lib/python2.6/dist-packages/CommandNotFound /usr/lib/python2.5/
  sudo apt-get install python-gdbm

  sudo aptitude install python2.5-dev

  $cd $WXDIR/wxPython python2.5 setup.py build_ext --inplace --debug WX_CONFIG=/opt/wx/2.8/bin/wx-config

export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=/opt/wx/2.8/lib
export PYTHONPATH=$WXDIR/wxPython
cd $WXDIR/wxPython/demo
