     1.1 install RULE_BASED_TAGGER_V.1.14

           make: /bin/csh: Command not found

           make: *** [Utils/lex.o] Error 127

 

           $ sudo apt-get install csh

     1.2 install WordNet2.0

     1.3 install SOAPLite

     1.4 install REGS
