WebX/AntX项目中 HSF 服务的本地调用测试

按HSF单元测试QuickStart中进行测试， webx项目 单元测试时的项目依赖(jar包) hufunit-版本.jar，只加以测试的范围,这样的话打包的时候就不会把hsf相应的jar包打到生成文件中去.
