tomcat推荐使用apache的apr(Apache portable Run-time libraries，Apache可移植运行库)
The APR based Apache Tomcat Native library which allows optimal performance in production environments was not found on the java.library.path
解决办法是去下个tcnative-1.dll放到\TOMCAT\bin\下 就OK了.
1.1.19版本 http://download.csdn.net/download/crazyHXD/3129116
用1.1.12版本会提示升级到1.1.17，用1.1.17版本会提示需要升级到1.1.19，用1.1.22则IPv6会为false。1.1.19目前没问题
tomcat版本为6.0.29
