下载Nexus S的驱动文件放到源码根目录，就有verder目录了

$ . build/envsetup.sh

 初始化环境

$ lunch

 看到menu文字，选择full_crepo-userdebug对应的序号

$ make -j4

 开始编译

 

烧到Nexus S中2.3.6

手机设置为fastboot mode

$ adb reboot bootloader

进入bootloader页面

$ fastboot flashall -w

输入所有编译的部分

可以选择刷入部分的img，通过

$ fastboot system/... 路径
