修改redmine默认安装访问的URL(/redmine)

1. Remove the “prefix=/redmine” entry from your <installdir>/apps/redmine/config/mongrel_cluster.yml.

2. Replace the <installdir>/apps/redmine/conf/redmine.conf file for this one:

3. Restart your Redmine Stack: <installdir>/ctlscript.sh restart

注意： Windows环境下，第2步：Edit <installdir>/apps/redmine/scripts/serviceinstall.bat and remove the prefix entry " —prefix /redmine"
