小创意——把文字转为声音(win)

最近做儿童小程序和公众号，突然想到，小孩子不怎么认识字，如果公众号提供一个读文字的功能，甚至在很多场景有语音播报，例如监控。如果能配置随便一个文案都可以识别并变成语音，该多棒！

1、下载jacob-1.18-M2.zip

2、解压，向工程导入jacob.jar

3、将jacob-1.18-M2-x64.dll复制到jdk的bin目录下，windows/system32最好也复制，不过我没复制也可以用

4、运行代码，注意这里输出文件和朗读不同时存在。
