people can submit to shops and stores(of course, has some conditions: place, time, etc), then shop post message, then users can receive these message. also users can be member of the shop, so users can get the saleoff, and sometime the free try from the product produces.
all shops should be linked with products, then product producer can see its product agent.
Time is a mecelessly killer, all the passion could be removed by time, do what you can, just ignite the idea, not fully implement it.
