以 debug 方式启动 tomcat
编辑 %CATALINA_HOME\bin\startup.bat 文件，在 call "%EXECUTABLE%" start %CMD_LINE_ARGS% 之前添加如下设置

SET CATALINA_OPTS=-server -Xdebug -Xnoagent -Djava.compiler=NONE -Xrunjdwp:transport=dt_socket,server=y,suspend=n,address=8787

然后在 Eclipse 的 Debug Configurations 里新建一个 Remote Java Application 项，项目为你当前需要调试的项目，端口号指定为8787即可进行调试。
startup.bat文件内容如下
