先以root用户登入
选择要添加的数据库(jbpm)
use jbpm
grant all on jbpm to scott@localhost identified by 'scott'

删除用户

mysql -uroot -proot
use mysql
delete from user where user='scott' and host='localhost';
flush privileges;
