15.ID冲突
项目比较大，每个人都有各个模块的工作，在界面上难免会有ID冲突的事情发生。
在使用JQuery的时候有ID冲突就出现JQUERY "(elem.value || "").replace is not a function"
但是直接用document.getElementById(XX)默认为全文扫描中第一个扫描到的。
