什么是专注？专注就是就是专心致志、全神贯注，不受任何内心欲望和外界诱惑的干扰，对既定的方向和目标不离不弃，执著如一、不懈努力。专注是一种精神，专注就是“做最擅长的事”，专注就是“把一件事做到最好”，专注就是“不达目的不罢休”，专注就是相信 “付出终有回报”、“我能所以我成功”。
